Sharing Terms — FS Studio REC
By enabling flight sharing in FS Studio REC, you agree to the following terms.

What gets shared. A shared flight contains the data recorded by the application: trajectory, speeds, controls, flaps, gear, brakes, lights and autopilot. It contains no voice, no image, and no personal data beyond the handle and country you provided.

Your identity. The handle and country you choose appear publicly next to every flight you share. Do not use your real name if you do not want it displayed. You remain solely responsible for the handle you choose: it must not impersonate anyone else, and must not be abusive or misleading.

What you guarantee when sharing a flight. That you are its author, that it was recorded by you in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, and that its content does not violate any right or applicable law.

What we reserve the right to do. Remove, without notice, any flight whose title, associated handle, or content is abusive, misleading, unlawful, or contrary to the spirit of a space meant for sharing between pilots. Repeated removals may lead to the suspension of Community access for the account concerned.

What we do not guarantee. The permanent availability of a shared flight, nor its indefinite retention. FS Studio REC is an amateur flight simulation tool: nothing shared here should be interpreted as real flight data or professional advice.

Ownership. You remain the owner of your flights. Sharing them on this page does not transfer ownership to anyone; it only allows other FS Studio REC users to download and replay them in their own simulator.
